Return Process

Inspection of Returned Product

Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the reported manufacturing defect is verified during inspection.
If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
Refund Policy

Once the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement
If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued after successful inspection.
