Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only for products with a genuine manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 15 days of the product delivery date.
The product must have a manufacturing defect.
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.
The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, modification, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Wrong product ordered by the customer
Physical or accidental damage after delivery
Damage caused by improper use
Normal wear and tear
Compatibility issues with unsupported devices
Products returned without original accessories or packaging

Return Process

Contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Ship the product back as instructed.

Inspection of Returned Product

All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection by our technical team after they are received.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the reported manufacturing defect is verified during inspection.

If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Once the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued after successful inspection.
